Project Details
Skull and bone is an action-adventure multiplayer naval video game developed by Ubisoft Singapore with multiple other Ubisoft studios. I came onto this project to kick off the creation of the walkable areas which lead me to become the point of contact for Singapore's walkable area-related topics.

Design and build the tutorial play area, allowing players to have good pacing in understanding each game mechanic and aligning with stakeholders on the 1st hour of the game.

Design over 10 walkable world locations and 1 social hub from scratch and work with artists to bring them to AAA quality.​

Point of contact for implementation, navigational experience, and functionality of all walkable locations in the game.

Social Hubs
I had to design the social hub with many requirements from narrative, art, and quest in mind because this is an essential location for the game.
On top of those requirements, I planned the location of NPC based on importance, ensuring that they have ample distance and space, it allows the players to have a smooth experience in the player’s social hub.
